Behind the bar is a story that feels very personal. The owner, Zoran, didn’t start with the idea of building a big concept, but rather a simple espresso bar built around good coffee, good people, and a slower pace of life.
That philosophy carries into everything they do. The focus is on quality and transparency – from sourcing coffee to preparing it. Beans are carefully selected, often from small producers, and the menu goes beyond standard espresso drinks to include options like flat white, filter coffee, and even espresso tonic.
At the same time, the place doesn’t feel overly serious or pretentious. It’s relaxed, social, and easy to return to – whether you’re just passing through Rovinj or staying a bit longer.
